1. Services Description

TsedeyTech provides artificial intelligence solutions, automation services, and technology consulting. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI strategy consultation and implementation
• Custom AI solution development
• Business process automation
• Technology integration services
• Training and support services

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our AI solutions, software, methodologies, and related materials remain the exclusive property of TsedeyTech unless otherwise specified in writing.

Client Data

You retain all rights to your data and content. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide to us for processing or analysis.

3. Data Processing and AI Services

Our AI services may process your data to provide solutions. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Data processing is necessary for service delivery
• We implement appropriate security measures
• You have the right to request data deletion
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations

4. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI systems may require maintenance, updates, or optimization that could temporarily affect performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

TsedeyTech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or decisions based on AI recommendations
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our AI solutions
• Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
• Report any suspected security incidents promptly

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension after appropriate notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for material breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Ethiopian law.
